Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and security on customer decisions to use mudharabah savings at PT Bank NTB Syariah Mataram. The research sample consisted of 200 customers of Bank NTB Syariah Mataram who were selected through judgment sampling technique. Regression with SPSS software is used for data analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that promotions and security guarantees had a simultaneous and partial effect on customer decisions to use mudharabaj savings products at PT Bank NTB Syariah Mataram. The findings of this study indicate that PT Bank NTB Syariah Mataram should pay attention to promotions and security guarantees in order to increase the number of their savings customers.
