Abstract

INDONESIA Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan tentang fatwa ekonomi DSN-MUI dengan realitas sistem yang meliputi hadirnya fatwa. Maqâshid al-Syarîah pendekatan sistem digunakan sebagai alat analisis keterhubungan fatwa dengan realitas perkembangan ekonomi dan sistem keuangan dalam Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan, dan yang menjadi objek kajian utama adalah fatwa ekonomi DSN-MUI. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fatwa ekonomi DSN-MUI berinteraksi dengan realitas perkembangan ekonomi masyarakat dan terkoneksi dengan realitas sistem yang meliputinya. Metode yang diutamakan adalah istishlâhi dengan mengutamakan utility (maslahat) sebagai orientasi (tujuan/maqâshid) aktivitas fatwa. ENGLISH The purpose of this article is to contrast the DSN-MUI economic fatwa with the system's reality, which includes the existence of a fatwa. The Maqshid al-Syariah systems approach is used to examine the relationship between fatwas and the reality of Indonesia's economic development and financial system. This is a library-based study, with the primary objective of examining DSN-economic MUI's fatwa. The findings of this study indicate that the economic fatwa of the DSN-MUI interacts with and is connected to the reality of the community's economic development. The preferred method is istishlâhi, which prioritizes utility (maslahat) as the guiding principle (objective/maqâshid) for fatwa activities.
