Abstract

INDONESIA Dalam meningkatkan keuntungan perbankan, kepuasan pelanggan merupakan hal yang perlu diperhitungkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmenganalisis pengaruh reputasi, personalitas, identitas, dan nilai perusahaan terhadap kepuasan nasabah Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Mataram. Metode yang digunakan yakni kuantitatif deskriptif menggunakan skala likert. Sejumlah tahapan dilakukan sebelum melakukan regresi seperti uji normalitas dan linearitas. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa: personalitas, reputasi nilai, dan identitas perusahaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan nasabah Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Mataram. Variabel personalitas menjadi variabel yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan nasabah Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Mataram. ENGLISH In increasing banking profits, customer satisfaction is something that needs to be taken into account. This study aims to analyze the effect of Reputation, personality, identity, and company value on customer satisfaction at the Bank Syariah Mandiri Mataram Branch. The method used is descriptivequantitative using a Likert scale. Manysteps are carried out before performing regression,such as normality and linearity tests. This study found thatpersonality, value reputation, and corporate identity significantly and positively influencecustomer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Mandiri Mataram Branch. The personality variable is the most dominant in influencing customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Mandiri Mataram Branch.
