Abstract

INGGRIS The focus of this study is to exanine the effectiveness of undergraduate qualification improvement program for the teachers of Madrasah lbtidaiyah (islamic elementary school) and the teachers of Pendidikan Agama lslam/ PAI (islamic education) through Dual Mode System (DMS) at the Ministry of Religious Affairs, for the region of West Nusa Tenggan, East Nusa Tenggara, and Bali in LPTK Rayon 10 lAlN Mataran. The specified targets are viewed of live (5) components: context, input, Process, Product, and impact/output or outcame. this study is program evaluation using a case study method, in which the recearch is focused on a selected phenomena, regardless other phenomena. such phenomenon may be programs, policies application, or concepts. the model of research design used in this study is cipp stufflebeam’s evaluation model by adding outcame (o) components, thus becomes a cippo model the data type of this research consists of qualitative and quantitative data. in general, it is cinluded that the implementation of dms program has been going well, althoug there are some aspects needs to be repaired and increased, both in quanttity and quality aspects.
