Abstract
ENGLISH The background of this study is the importance of employee performance to the business, which includes Bank Madina Syariah Yogyakarta as a sharia bank with strong assets and ratings at the national level. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the educational background, work experience, personality, and work environment of Bank Madina Syariah Yogyakarta employees have an impact on employee performance. The research method is quantitative, and the total population is 33. The sampling was conducted using the saturated sample method. Information is collected by utilizing a questionnaire. Interviews were utilized to corroborate and reinforce the data gathered via questionnaires. Multiple linear analyses were employed for the data analysis. In this study, it was found that an employee's performance is affected by their education, work experience, personality, and work environment all at the same time. It was partly decided that an employee's education, work experience, and personality don't affect how well they do their job. Moreover, the work environment has a significant impact on employee performance. The results of this study show that the work environment has the greatest effect on employees' performance.
